There are two-reasons this may occur if your physical 1099R has a different amount in Box 2A.
The distribution was non‑taxable pension/annuity basis recovery. If you have basis in your IRA, it computes the tax-free basis amount of your 1099R and subtracts it from the gross distribution amount on line 1. The result is recorded on Line 2a.
It may have been a rollover. Check Box 7 on the form and see if it has a distribution code of G,B, H, or Q. This is only true though if Box 2a is completely empty. If there is an amount in Box 2a, then it means there is basis in your IRA that was used up.

Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about your payment.
If you want to check the debit date you specified, look on the filing instructions for your return. It will tell you the debit date the IRS or State will deduct the payment. Since you scheduled the payment, unless you cancel it, it will still come out.
If you filed using TurboTax Online, the Electronic Filing Instructions page will give that info.
Here's how to view the PDF copy:
Sign in to TurboTax and open your return.
On the Tax Home screen, scroll to Your tax returns & documents and select Add a State (don't worry, you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you into the right area) to access your tax forms and worksheets.
In the menu, select Tax Tools, then Print Center.
On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year’s return.
On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2025 Federal return and Include government and TurboTax worksheets, then select View or print forms.
The information will be on the first page, Electronic Filing Instructions, for your 2025 Federal Tax Return, next to Balance Due/Refund.

Go into Forms Mode by clicking on the Forms icon in the top right of the blue bar.
In the Forms in My Return list on the left, click Filing Inst. [It's usually toward the bottom of the list.] The form will appear on the right side of the screen.
You can view the form on the screen or you can print a copy by clicking the Print box at the bottom of the screen.
To return to the interview, click on the Step-By-Step icon in the top right of the blue bar.

Yes, you are correct. The one who is listed on the 1099-INT will need to be the one who reports the interest income on her return.
It is possible for the one who received that form to designate "nominee" interest to other individuals, where they could report the amount that is taxable to them, but that would required her to issue 1099-INT forms to the other individuals on the account.
Check the section about Nominee recipient in IRS Topic 403: Interest received to learn more about how to split the interest up for tax reporting purposes.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS releases your refund.
Your refund could be offset. The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts. You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for. The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.
Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

I realize you have done many of these things, but can you try the other ones?
You can try these things:
Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu.
Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website.
Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms.
Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit."
Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.

Normally, you're asked for an AGI/PIN in the File section, just before filing, and TurboTax should pick that up from your originally filed return. Make sure you update your program before working on your amended return.
