On m'a dit d'attendre!!!!!
I resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling.  Thank you for your help.

Your refund may have been offset. The IRS and state governments can intercept refunds to pay for certain past-due debts (such as back taxes, child support, or student loans).   How to check for an offset:   The IRS Hotline: Call (800) 304-3107 for automated details regarding tax offsets. Official Notice: You will typically receive a letter in the mail explaining the specific debt and the amount withheld.   If you used "Pay with Refund":    If the IRS "Where’s My Refund" tool shows your funds were released but you haven't received them, please note that Intuit does not hold these funds. You will need to contact the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG) directly: Website: SBTPG Support
We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?
This is news to me!  Nothing I have read has stated this.  Schwab has allowed them and states they will change their 1099 R to reflect "Y" contributions to QCD's for 2026.  I am perplexed.  but thanks!

Can you please clarify your question? What exactly are you trying to determine?

Form 1099-MISC is used to report income for a lot of different income types.  For example, if you received the form for rent income or royalties, the information would flow to Schedule E and be reported there and the expenses for the rental and royalties would be used to offset the 1099-MISC income.  Because of that, you wouldn't see the 1099-MISC reported directly on the summary screen.   Because a 1099-MISC form is used to report so many different types of income, it's difficult to say for certain where it should appear on the return without knowing the type of income that is being reported.  If you have additional questions, please provide as much detail as possible to let us know what income is being reported on the 1099-MISC and if it applies to rentals, royalties, self-employment, prize awards, etc.  This will help us to let you know where you should expect to see this income on your tax return.

You may be able to file the return electronically but they can't process the return without the 1310.  So filing it electronically will not hurry the process at all since they would need to wait for the 1310 to arrive in order to decide whether it is a legitimate refund claim.

Thank you so very much for this information - I have checked my return for Form 1098 and there is no information associated with form.  So I am assuming that it was just some random glitch as when I was checking that section again and I had the box "none of the above" checked and clicked continue I believe it asked if I had any Form 1098 to enter.  My answer was no and then the program let me carry on with my entering other information.   Again thank you ...

Yes, @AmyC is correct when she advised you to enter $75,000 as a basis and for the proceeds. The sale of property held inside an IRA is not a taxable event, and you do not have a capital gain. Technically, the IRA owns the property and not you.   However, because you received a 1099-S with your SSN, you must handle the paperwork correctly to prevent the IRS  from flagging this as "unreported income." while making sure you aren't taxed for the capital gain.   By making the basis equal to the proceeds, you show a $0 gain. This "matches" the 1099-S in the IRS system without flagging this as taxable income.
