Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted? Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.   You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".   After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.   Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.  Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.   To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product. If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_...   After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

Scroll down to lines 19 and 28  and check if these 2 lines are populated.

You must have entered a qualifying child as a dependent to be a Surviving Spouse and your spouse passed away in 2024 or 2023. Is this your situation?

As you have already filed, please wait to see if your return is accepted or rejected. If rejected, you may correct it by adding your overtime deduction and resubmit. If it is accepted, you need to file an amended return.   If you are expecting a refund, we recommend that you wait to amend until after the IRS has processed your original return and you have received your refund.   To amend your tax return, please read this TurboTax article.    Please note that the amendment form 1040X will only be available in TurboTax after 3/4/2026.

You report an indirect rollover in the interview which follows the entry of your form 1099-R.   In TurboTax Online, you report it by following these steps:   Open your tax return Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then on Wages & Income Navigate to the list of income categories Locate the section Retirement Plans and Social Security and click on the arrow on the right Click Start next to IRAs, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R). Enter your form 1099-R and follow the interview When you arrive to the page Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion, click on the radio button I rolled over some or all of it to an IRA or other retirement account within the time limits (normally 60 days)
Guys im having the same exact issue and trying to delete the form but still shows up in the review as an issue that needs to be fixed!

Yes, you can file a 2023-tax return through TurboTax.   Go to the TurboTax Website. Select the appropriate TurboTax product. Download 2023 software (Windows/Mac). Download/install software, enter data, print, and mail. You must print and mail the return; it cannot be e-filed. Be sure you have all W-2s, 1099s, and deduction information ready before starting.

I ended up resolving the issue by starting over by going to Tax Tools > Tools > Clear & Start Over.   It was only after starting over that I was finally prompted to add my personal HSA contributions when I went through the steps you provided.
