When Merrill says 'forms are available for downloading' they most likely mean that you can download the 1099's from your account to your computer.
The forms for 'importing' are differently coded, and many brokers don't have those ready yet. If Merrill is not on the program's import list, that may apply to them.
Remember that the IRS already has a copy of all your 1099's, so using the Summary Method to report totals on your tax return is perfectly acceptable.

I had a software update, but this has not been fixed. What are others seeing? Why didn't they fix it if they had a software update?

Does anyone have an alternate way to report this, since the previous method was removed by Turbo Tax?

This is still not working correctly. Average Share Price gets changed to Comparable Sales in the two worksheet forms created for stock donations.

It depends. It sounds like your employer did not report your qualified overtime. So, you can compute this using your paystubs. The process depends on how your overtime pay is reported on your paystub.
If your overtime is all on one line, and you are paid time-and-a-half, divide the amount by 3 to compute the deductible overtime.
If the overtime premium has a separate line (and is only the half portion of the time-and-a-half) you should enter the total overtime premium as deductible overtime.
