The Audit Defense service is provided by TaxResources, Inc., also called TaxAudit.com, in partnership with TurboTax. If you paid for Audit Defense and you received a notice, call TaxResources, Inc. at 877-829-9695, or report your notice on their website at http://intuit.taxaudit.com/. Do not contact the tax agency until you have spoken to TaxResources. They may contact them on your behalf.
TurboTax can not help you with tax notices. If you don't want to use Audit Defense, you can post details in this thread and resubmit it.

It is possible that you may be able to deduct your tips even if not reported on a 1099 form. It states in the program that they are not deductible as of now, but that may change in the future. It would be wise to hold off on filing your tax return until further updates are made to the program, as that is common early in the tax filing season.

Not all the forms are ready yet. Filing season opens Jan 26, 2026 so you may want to wait until closer to filing season for MI to finish getting their forms ready. See tax form availability.

I am trying to e-file and it says I didn't successfully e-file in 2024. But I did successfully e-file in 2024

How frustrating.! This is helpful. Yet, I'm still hopeful that TT has fixed these issues. Has anyone else amended AFTER January 2025?

When you earn money from driving for Lyft or Uber, the IRS considers you self-employed. Most people can import their income from Lyft or Uber.
Follow these steps to import your Uber income into TurboTax:
Navigate to the self-employment screen:
TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to self-employment income under Wages & Income.
TurboTax Desktop:
Go to Federal Taxes.
Go to Wages & Income.
Search for self-employment income.
When asked the type of self-employment work you do, enter Uber or rideshare driving. Answer a few questions about your driving work. If importing from your Uber account is available, you’ll be offered the option.
As an Uber, Lyft, or other self-employed driver, you can deduct work-related expenses.
To enter expenses from your Uber Tax Summary, click here.
If you'd prefer to enter your income manually, we've got instructions on how to do that.

You would need to file both a MD and a DE return as a part year resident of both states. Be sure that you have entered in the Personal Information area of TurboTax that you resided in more than one state. Since you only had income in Maryland, you would prepare that state's return first in TurboTax. and then prepare Delaware.
Assuming that you still only work in MD and only live in DE for 2026, you will prepare a MD non-resident return first then a DE full year resident return after that when you file taxes for 2026 early in 2027.

If the tip total is not reported in Box 7 because you are a high earner, you can still claim the full amount if you reported that full amount to your employer on Form 4070 and it is included in Box 1 of your W-2.
For Tax Year 2025, the IRS had not updated Form W-2 and box 7 only reports SOCIAL SECURITY tips.
Schedule 1-A, used to claim the "No Tax on Tips" deduction also is not ready.
I suggest you wait until the IRS addresses this situation, the Forms and Schedules involved, and provides guidance on how to report.
It isn't a TurboTax error, it just has not been resolved by the IRS yet.
Here is a link to an IRS article on how to handle the tip situation for tax Year 2025.

You can't. TurboTax can't attach a manually prepared Form, Schedule, or other attachment to an e-file. The 5695 should be ready sometime next week. No rush The IRS doesn't open e-filing until 1/26

When you enter your W-2 in the Federal tax section, enter it as shown, with Code D and the amount in Box 12.
Since Pennsylvania does not allow a deduction for 401K contributions, when you reach the screen in your state return displaying Compensation, if the amount is correct (matches your PA income on your W-2) you don't need to make any changes. If it shows the lesser Federal amount, you can report your contribution amount as Additional Income.
Check this link from Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under Income Items Always Taxable in PA.
