You will get a 1099R for a distribution you took from a retirement account.  Some or all of that might be your RMD (Required Minimum Distribution)   If you do not know the amount for the RMD the custodian of the plan can tell you how much your RMD amount was.   If you have a 1099R for a pension, you say it was all an RMD.   https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/retirement-benefits/rmd/L5Nqogylp_US_en_US?uid=m7dj7gdt IMPORT     To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
If you are reporting a distribution with monthly payments say all is RMD.
would the RMD be the monthly amount distributed to me

Hello there! I'm looking for clarity on if I have to file 1040-ES. I found this from TurboTax...   "If you had no tax liability for the prior year, you were a U.S. citizen or resident for the whole year and your prior tax year covered a 12-month period, then you do not have to file Form 1040-ES."   My main question is it "...for the whole year AND your prior tax year..."? With this being my first year, will I need to make payments? If yes, with my situation, what would I choose to pay? My situation I have a SMLLC. It is just a website that I will be accepting donations on just to pay for operating costs. This is really just a non-profit type thing until my foundation is settled and I can grow in my vision.   So, do I need to do 1040-ES this year and if so, how much?   Thanks in advance!
Ask support for help with this.  There may be good copy of your taxfile somewhere on your computer.
Because your daughter's social security number has now been used by IRS, her father will have to file his return by mail.  It will be rejected if try to efile.

Where do I find my AGI?   https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947   Your 2023 tax return shows your 2022 Adjusted Gross Income  (AGI)  If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.   Form 1040        line 11   If entering the amount from your 2023 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead.  If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.   You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:   https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2023 AGI may not be in the system.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1944348-how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online Note:  If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return.  You will not be able to e-file your state return.

For the federal amended return you have to attach any forms or schedules that changed. That would include at least Schedule D, plus Form 8949 if that form is included in your tax return. You also have to attach any other forms or schedules that changed because of the change in the amount of income. The explanation of changes is included on Form 1040-X. It is not a separate attachment. For the state amended return, see the instructions for your state's form. If you say what state it is, someone might be able to give you more specific information. Every state has different forms and rules. You would be subject to interest and penalties for late payment. It's your responsibility to report the correct basis from your own records, even if the 1099-B is wrong. But for such small amounts of additional tax, and only a short time since the payment deadline, the interest and penalties are not going to amount to much. The IRS and the state might not even bother to bill you for it.

There is no fee for direct deposit---ever.    If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees by having the software fees deducted from your federal refund, you were charged a "refund processing fee" to have your refund go first to a third party bank. That bank receives the refund from the IRS, takes out the amount you owe to TurboTax, keeps the $40 refund processing fee ($45 in CA) for itself, and sends the rest of the federal refund to your account.     To avoid the refund processing fee, you could have paid your TurboTax fees upfront using a credit or debit card before you e-filed.       How can I see my TurboTax  fees?    https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-account-billing/review-fees-turbotax-online/L1XnIzgzg_US_en_US?uid=m682vq7k   What is Refund Processing Service?         Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.    You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Penalties: 1040-x Line 16: Subtract any penalty from the amount you owe reported on original 1040. Don't try to include, but ignore, any new or changed penalty. IRS will calculate your new penalty on their own and will bill you. -- If you are e-Filing 1040-X, TurboTax decides what forms to include.   @SCswede
