The tag below your question indicates that you are using the desktop TurboTax software. If so, what's included in the PDF from TurboTax depends on the options that you selected when you saved the PDF. It does not show what was sent to the IRS or the state. If you select "All official forms required for filing" the PDF will be pretty close to what was actually e-filed, but it will still include a couple of extra TurboTax forms such as filing instructions and an Electronic Postmark Report.

I have a 1099c from discover student loans. Do i need to report it (federal and for CT)? It was not a forgiveness but it was cancelled since the private company has decided to remove themselves from the student loan business. I am an EXPAT and have no US income other than this.  
Try entering 0 for the AGI. The IRS might have processed your return later so the AGI didn't get entered in time.  Especially if you mailed it.  That works for most people. See, https://ttlc.intuit.... See more...

TurboTax sends only the necessary pages, namely what you saw the first time. If you see extra pages now , those are for your records. @JIMC9

Once you have entered all of your tax information into your TurboTax Online account, you need to click on FILE (located in the left panel of the program) and walk through the 3 steps.  This is where you enter your 2023 AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) as it serves as your electronic signature.

Do you live together?  Did you live together ALL of 2024?  If not, you cannot claim her as a dependent.   If you did and she made less than $5,050 for the entire year, and pay over half of her support you can add her as a dependent for the $500 Non Refundable Other Dependent Credit.  You will do this on the personal info page by selecting add a dependent.    To claim someone as a Qualifying Relative, they must be: Your child ( including step children, adoptive children and foster children) or a descendent of them Your sibling (including half siblings) or a child of your sibling or a sibling-in-law Your parent or grandparents, including step parents and in laws Any other person that lived with you for the entire tax year Not a qualifying child of another taxpayer Someone that you provided over half of their support for during the tax year Has less than $5,050 in income (not counting social security)

Per IRS: Taxpayers who haven’t filed 2021 tax returns but who may be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit must file a 2021 tax return by April 15, 2025, to claim the credit and any other refund they might be owed, even if their income from a job, business or other source was minimal or non-existent.   To file a return for tax year 2021, you'll need to purchase and download that year's TurboTax software for PC or Mac, as TurboTax Online and the mobile app are only available for the current tax year. If the Social Security benefits is the Only income to be reported on the tax return and there is no federal income taxes being withheld, then there is no reason or need to file a tax return.
