The issue seems to be that there is no clear guidance on when additional documentation is required. There seems to be a $5000 threshold, and that is referenced when TurboTax asks about additional charitable contributions in the CO state return.  From reading through the documents, I am interpreting the requirement as only needed for single donations over $5000 or non-cash contributions.  With that said, I think that TurboTax printing the E-filer attachment is a bug.  We had almost identical charitable contributions last year and TurboTax did not check the "Qualifying Charitable Contribution...." box (we did have Enterprise Zone Credits in the past so have done the upload process for those).

I also traditionally have to pay Estimated taxes every year.  This year Turbo Tax did NOT provide my CA State estimated payments, only Federal.  I do not see anywhere where I can find / generate my Estimated CA state payments following the posted instructions.  Please advise how to navigate to generate so I do not have to pay penalties.
Yes, you will receive mail from the IRS regarding your payment plan.
are my monthly premiums to my HMA (health maintenance association) Deductible?
Yes, any eligible expenses incurred to set up your business can be included in Startup Costs, reported in the tax year the business begins. This does include the LLC filing fee.
I am filing and it is asking for my wife's 2023 AGI and the records I have only have what we filed jointly.

Found out that if you check none of the above and hit next and come back to it, it is unchecked. Then check the none of the above again.

When i was filing my taxes on the payment page i selected for request for payment plan for federal taxes, do i just wait? will i get emails or mails or notifications on my IRS account? I went ahead and made an initial payment just to lower it a bit. Just want to know if I was supposed to do anything else? Usually when i look online it says theres either a form or you apply online but when i filed thru turbotax it just says to select the payment plan option.

Same issue here. Nowhere on the website during checkout did it say TurboTax Live nor did it mention this when starting my file. I only noticed when I received the invoice. Sent an email to customer service for a partial refund and was denied. I had a feeling I should of used another service this year! Never again
