Why the rush? E-filing, regardless of whether you use TurboTax or H&R, won't open until 1/26 per the IRS. Even if you were to submit your return today, it would just sit on the company's computer until the iRS opens up.  You can see from H&R's own website that not all forms are available as of 1/18/2026

When I asked to be notified when the form(s) will be ready, it brings me to a page to sign up for notification for form 3093, which is moving expenses. This is incorrect, since I'm looking for notification for 1099-R retirement forms.
Base year for what purpose? No one from TurboTax will call you. This is a public forum.

TurboTax doesn’t save your W-2. It just uses the information from it. 
Unless your mother was your dependent you can’t deduct expenses you paid on her behalf. 
There is no Federal Form 1095 T. Do you mean 1098 T, and what do you mean by corrected?
I’m not trying to claim all the bandages, wrap, Gauze, creams, or even medication, but the walker chairs etc. that is a few thousand. Or is that just spent money?
