On my W-2 in box 10 is recorded FSA deduction I paid for the medical expenses. Will be it taxable on my tax return? That amount was deducted from the Box 1( Wages, Tips) already. How should I record not to be taxable when I will enter into software? Should my employer issue corrected W-2 form or it is possible to adjust in software? Thank you

If your 2024 return was rejected, the only way to file it now is by mail. E-filing is permanently closed for 2024 returns. The return has to be printed, signed and dated in ink, and mailed in.
If you e-filed:
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing

Where, exactly, in the desktop version, is the calculation for this posted? I am almost done with my deductions and haven't seen this yet. I called Turbotax and was advised to review my personal info; it is not in that section. (I noted the "tax on tips" calculator was embedded in the script). How can I find the steps for the exemption for seniors? Thanks for any help you can offer. best J

If your state has a first time homebuyer credit it will show up in the state software. There is no federal first time homebuyer credit.

I NEED A COPY OF MY W-2 (or 1099)
W-2's come from employers. There is not a federal or national website that provides W-2’s.
TurboTax does not have a copy of your W-2—the Wage & Tax Statement—issued to you by your employer, (nor does TurboTax have copies of your 1099’s). Whether you entered your W-2 by keying it in yourself, importing from a payroll site or by snapping a photo using the mobile app—-TT does not have a copy of your W-2. If you saved a pdf of your completed tax return, the worksheets will show the W-2 information you entered, but not the actual W-2.
You should always save those documents for your own records. You could ask the employer(s) for copies or you can get a copy from Social Security (for a fee of $62).
To get a copy of a W-2 from Social Security https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
https://www.irs.gov/help-resources/tools-faqs/faqs-for-individuals/frequently-asked-tax-questions-answers/irs-procedures/transcript-or-copy-of-form-w-2/transcript-or-copy-of-form-w-2
You can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS: It will not show the actual W-2, 1099’s, etc, but will show the income information the IRS received. It will not, however, show your state information. It will only show the federal information.
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Or you can pay the IRS $30 for an actual copy of your tax return which will include copies of your W-2’s

If you did not have income from working then you are not eligible for refundable child-related credits like additional child tax credit or earned income credit. Those credits are based on having income from working. Perhaps someone else who supported you and your child can claim both of you as dependents.

I have a 1099R form, when will I be able to enter it on my Turbo Tax?
Sunday
What credit is missing? There are quite a few credits that you could be referring to. We cannot see your tax return.
Sunday
You can delete the 1098 and re-enter it by hand if the import was not correct.

No one can call you from this forum. State your question clearly here without any personal information and someone will be able to assist you.
