How do I find out if TurboTax sent a refund check out.
We were able to locate it; the deposit amount was actually $577.32 after TurboTax took their fee. It was returned on April 8th for no account found. You will need to reach out to TurboTax on how to proceed with getting the funds. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day!

It is possible the IRS does not have your 2024 AGI for your Social Security number in their database.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2024 AGI and e-file the 2025 tax return again.

Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu.
Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website.
Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms.
Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit."
Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.

It depends. Report your timeshare sale using the investment income section. The sale is reported and timeshare property is not eligible for a tax free exchange. The fact that you reinvested into another timeshare is not relevant for your tax situation.
To enter your sale in TurboTax, follow these steps.
Open or continue your return.
Navigate to the investment sales section:
TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to investment sales. If using this application, make sure it is open
TurboTax Desktop: Search for investment sales and then select the Jump to link.
Or Personal Tab > Continue > I'll choose what I work on > Scroll to Investment Income > Select Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
Answer Yes to the question Did you sell any of these investments in 2025?
If you land on the Investment sales summary or Your investments and savings screen, select Add More Sales or Add investments.
Click this link for more information. Where do I enter Investment Sales?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS releases your refund.
Your refund could be offset. The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts. You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for. The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.
Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
Select Data privacy from the left-side menu.
Look for "Data used for Intuit products" or "Personalized experiences."
If your consent is listed there, you can toggle it off.
Or you do this by contacting Intuit’s privacy team. Send them an email saying: "I am revoking my consent for Intuit to use or disclose my tax return information for any purpose other than the preparation and filing of my 2025 tax return." You can send this to: privacy@intuit.com

There are a couple of things to take into account. First, you are trying to enter a value in the place where personal property taxes are reported as part of itemized deductions. This would not be the appropriate place to enter 1/2 self-employment tax because it is not the same type of tax as personal property tax. TurboTax is treating the personal property tax entries correctly.
So, if 1/2 of self-employment tax were claimed on the Arkansas tax return, it would appear as an adjustment instead of an itemized deduction. That follows the same treatment of the self-employment tax on the Federal return, it is an adjustment to income.
However, you stated that 'Arkansas doesn't offer another option to account for it'. There is nothing found in the Arkansas instructions for the state tax return, the adjustments, or itemized deductions to say where to claim 1/2 self-employment tax. If it were an allowed adjustment or deduction, it would be covered in the instructions. There is guidance for claiming self-employed health insurance, but not the self-employment tax.

Here is how to find and use the bank link feature for your 2025 return.
The link option typically appears after you have finished entering your business income.
Go to Wages & Income and select Self-Employment Income and Expenses.
Click Edit/Review next to your business.
Continue through the screens until you reach the "Your [Business Name] info" summary page.
Scroll down to the Expenses section. Look for a blue button or link that says "Connect My Accounts" or "Import Expense Transactions."
If you already started entering expenses manually or if the business was imported from last year, the "Connect" button might not be there. To get around this you can:
Create a "dummy" business.
Select Add another line of work.
Give it a temporary name and enter $1 of income.
When you move to the Expenses section for this new work, the "Connect Accounts" button should reappear.
Once you import your transactions and categorize them, you can move them to your "real" business and delete the dummy one.
