@DaveF1006  No, not on paper. I would be using Sprint Tax or some other online tool to do it.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. The IRS will officially begin accepting and processing 2025 tax returns on Monday, January 26, 2026. They perform testing batches prior to that date; if you receive an acceptance notification early, it means your return was part of that testing group.   Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over its processing or the timing of your refund's release.   The IRS states that most federal tax refunds are issued within 21 days of acceptance. However, some may take longer if they require additional review. Also, by law, the IRS cannot issue EITC or ACTC refunds before mid-February. This applies to your entire refund, not just the portion related to those specific credits.   Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"? Why do some refunds take longer than others? What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

I have not seen an "On line" offering from Turbo Tax that has Federal AND State. Am I missing something?

Yes, enter all the 1099-K income as it was reported to you.   Even though you received income from more than one state, you would report the entire amount shown on Form 1099-K. The IRS expects you to report at least as much income as is reported to you on the 1099-K. As long as you do that, you have met your tax obligations for Form 1099-K.   Form 1099-K is an informational report of income received by a particular payment processor. It doesn't always reflect your total income and isn't required in order to file your business activity for tax purposes. The rules you stated apply to Square's reporting responsibilities, and not necessarily to your business tax return.   No, you don't need to split the income into two forms on your federal tax return.   You will need to determine how much income was sourced from each state, however, in order to accurately report your business activity on your state income tax returns.   No, you don't need a corrected 1099-K from Square.    Finally, the address on the 1099-K doesn't reflect the source of the income reported to you. Your own records will provide that information.

To clarify, are you doing this strictly by yourself on paper? If so, I can give you steps on how to do this but I wouldn't recommend it.    Instead, I would suggest using Sprint Tax to complete this for you. TurboTax doesn't help prepare 1040 NR, but Sprint Tax does. I would suggest using Sprint Tax to avoid any potential mistakes, as this can be complicated to do on your own.
I'm not sure which sidebar you're referring to. I can see the menu where it lists My Info, Federal, State, etc. but I have no arrow next to my info to edit anything.

Hello,   I had already tried all your suggestions to search my computer and my OneDrive storage. The tax returns are not there. Why would I not have my saved pdf tax files that were there before? I have always saved as PDF's in all my prior Turbo Tax programs. All but 1 return is missing. I'm not sure what else to do. I did mail a request to the IRS for my 2024 tax return.
