To add additional W-2s, please follow the steps outlined in this helpful article:   If you haven't already filed your return:   Open or continue your return. Navigate to the W-2 section: TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to the Job (W-2) screen under Wages & Income and select Add/Edit. TurboTax Desktop: Navigate to the W-2 section: Go to Federal Taxes. Go to Wages & Income.  Under Wages and Salaries, select Start or Update next to Wages and Salaries. Follow the onscreen instructions to add another W-2. If you already e-filed, you'll have to wait until your return is either accepted or rejected.   If your return is rejected, you can add the W-2 as previously described before resubmitting or paper-filing your return. If your return is accepted (or if you already paper-filed), you'll need to amend your return to add another W-2.       @yahairawen2017
You will have to provide more information if you want effective help.  Did you move from one state to another?  Live in one state and work in another?   What exactly is it saying about residency?

As VolvoGirl mentioned, this is probably your overtime premiums.  You could compare this information with the overtime reported to you in your last paystub to see if the numbers match.   You could also contact your employer to verify this information as DoninGA suggested.      If this is your overtime premiums, then TurboTax will guide you as you enter this in your return.  Make sure that you answer that the amount is overtime.     For more information on the Qualified Overtime Deduction Rules and information on how to enter your W2 see the following TurboTax help articles:   No Tax on Overtime Explained: Qualified Overtime Deduction Rules for 2025 How do I import or enter my W-2? @ammoralez1

@mopatron wrote: home  and business 2024 not loading for review and 2025 taxex   Please explain what that means, and what all you are trying to do.  And do you use the Windows version or the Mac version? Are you wanting to transfer a *.tax2024 data file into a new 2025 return using the 2025 software? Or are you saying that you cannot launch the 2024 program to open and review a 2024 return? Or something else?

And.....you asked about "downloading 1099's"   Are you asking about importing 1099's from financial institutions?   Although you might be able to view or print your information from the website, most banks, brokerages and other financial institutions do not have the data formatted for import into tax software before sometime in February.  So if you are wanting to enter it sooner, you have to key it in by hand.   Or….wait until it is available for import.   If you want to enter it manually, click the option that says “I’ll type it in myself”

All the older versions will open on Windows 11. Intuit really does not want you to go to Windows 11 because you will still own your data. They want you to go to their remote server (aka the cloud) so that they own your data. Since I have decades of turbo tax I have purchased a Windows 11 laptop for situations like this.

@M-MTax  I really don't like to sound argumentative on SM, but I've done consumer (business actually) app design (create/invent/develop/release actually).  Providing the user an ability that other packages don't is like discovering gold, especially when the idea is applying simple courtesy obvious in other situations to this very formalized interaction between us and Intuit.  I "get" there must be a lot of legal review and argie bargie surrounding tax software, but I think disclosure and transparency can never be bad.   If Intuit simply emailed and said that the the BBB was more difficult to implement than Intuit had forecast--and the software will be available on Feb 1 (or whatever)--I would have been understanding.  Poor communication is at the heart of my dissatisfaction because incomplete software WASTES MY TIME.  This isn't a game where I wander through some maze wondering if I can pick up my 1099-R token.
