if you mean desktop yes for the 2025 year is not supported on that version you need MAC OS 14 or above MAC OS 13 ended Apple support in Nov. If you H/W is stuck on MAC OS 13 and is not getting higher version updates that means you H/W is outdated also and you are no longer getting updates from Apple and other third party software e.g. Microsoft 365, Adobe will also stop updating. See https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/tta-system-requirements/ TT Online would still work on older OS versions thru web browser but it's not exactly the same functionality and workflow, there is no Forms mode and you can only prep and file 1 return per account.

@jenw52182 I have posted a message about this to the moderators; we have seen several similar posts and do not yet know if there is some glitch keeping you from seeing your dependents in MY INFO.

I spent about $30k on daycare this year, for two kids, which i think I would get 20% back on the max of $6000, for a tax credit of $1200, which is what i got last year.

Where do I enter an Illinois Gives credit in the TurboTax Illinois State return? I want to enter an "Illinois Gives" credit (Credit Code 5670) for the 2025 tax year. I cannot find how to do this in the Step-by-Step TurboTax Deluxe + State. Per the TurboTax support line, this will generate an Illinois Schedule 1299-C. The support line confirmed, and TurboTax Deluxe online help also confirms that Schedule 1299-c is available for print and e-file. Neither the TurboTax support line nor I can find how to enter "Illinois Gives" Credit. Thank you.

@moranja So your return has NOT yet been e-filed? Then do not even think about clicking the word "amend." You do not use the process to amend if your return has not been filed, accepted and fully processed by the IRS. Amending is done on a special form--1040X-- only after your incorrect return has been fully processed.
Sounds like you reached help with customer support and received advice to hold off on e-filing until you have the issue fully sorted out.

I wanted to review the dependent questions, but I don't see them in MyInfo. I have NO way to edit or review the questions. @xmasbaby0

- I am single and retired and have made 2025 estimated tax payments to Georgia for about $20K which I estimated my total tax liability for 2025. Based on this, I plan to itemize my federal and state since my itemized deduction should be larger than standard deduction. - My understanding is, Georgia offers film credit. The broker I've spoken to offers 8 cents for every dollar towards film credit, so offers 8% back. - If I make purchase $20k of GA film credit, my understanding is, after I file my taxes GA will send me a refund of $20k since I have already made total tax liability $20k of estimated payments. Questions: - When I make the $20k film credit payment to GA, I would had paid a total of $40k. Do I take a total of $40k deduction on Federal or do I not need to declare or submit any forms to Federal? - Will the refund of $20k from GA come as a 1099-G ? If that is the case, I will need to pay federal taxes on that in 2026. If that is the case, I would have to get that deduction on Federal on my 2025 taxes since I do not want to be taxed twice by Federal, once in 2025 and again in 2026. - What do I need to treat the above in my filling of 2025 Federal taxes. Please help!

When you entered what kind of work you do, TurboTax Online automatically added your business code to your tax return for you. If you left that question blank, you'll see a generic code: 999000.
You can try entering a different Work Description to see if you can trigger a better Business Code. Or just leave it blank.
This info doesn't affect your taxes, it's just something the IRS wants to know.

No I did not mess up. Had to enlist assistance of Rep from Intuit. Spent almost an hour on phone being assisted deleting data that the system would not allow me to delete myself. I had completed my tax filing and was ready to submit to IRS, but for whatever reason the system automatically doubled my 2024 and 2025 RMD withdrawals, and threw my entire form into a tailspin. Rep advised me to put off doing anything more for about a week.

We cannot see your screen, your return or your account. Have you entered ALL of your 2025 information? All your income, etc.? Many tax documents that you need do not arrive until late January or even February, so maybe you do not have it all there yet.
There are a lot of variables that affect your refund or tax due including how much you earned, how much tax you had withheld, your filing status, the number of dependents you claim, your deductions and credits, etc. You may have lost Earned Income Credit or the Child Tax Credit— did a child turn 17? If you received the EIC last year, remember that changes in the amount you earn have a big effect on the amount of EIC you can get. (Sometimes earning more money means less EIC) Are you 65 or older ? If so, your standard deduction is higher. Everyone has a higher standard deduction now so it is harder to use itemized deductions.
And of course, always check your own data entries, looking for errors such as misplaced decimals or extra zeros.

Since you live and work in reciprocal states, you only file for the state in which you live, in your case, Indiana.
You would only file for a Kentucky refund if Kentucky tax was withheld, but your employer should have only withheld Indiana tax.
To clarify, was Kentucky Tax withheld on your W-2?
Was all your income listed as Indiana Wages in Box 15 and 16 on your W-2?
Usually, the non-resident state return needs to be done first in TurboTax so the state tax paid in the non-resident state is credited on the resident state return, but when the states are reciprocal, there will be no non-resident state tax and therefore no tax credit on your resident state tax return. Be sure your full taxable income from the W-2 shows as Indiana income.
If all your income shows as Indiana Income on your W-2, and no Kentucky tax was withheld, you needn't file a Kentucky return to claim a refund.

If there were no state income taxes withheld, then leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty) on the Form 1099-INT
