@Bnadeau Think I found at least one of the mistakes TT made. Checked my form 5695 generated above by TT and the #17 checkboxes don't match my answers in TT.

My daughter is my dependent but filed her own taxes and filed hers and already got her return back. I go to file mine and it gets rejected due to her not checking the box saying yes she can be claimed as a dependent. She filed her amended tax return, but mine is still denied. What steps do I need to take or how long do I have to wait bc I have to wait until hers is complete before I can file.

I purchased a stove that meets the criteria and have a valid manufacture code and all questions were answered yes. But turbo tax is saying I am not eligible for the tax credit. It seems that when I downloaded the latest update, it took this credit away. My first draft before the update allowed me the full $2k credit, now says I am ineligible. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Can you please share my feedback from working with Christine E. with her supervisor? I didn't receive the feedback email. Christine E. was absolutely exceptional to work with on TurboTax Live. She provided comprehensive, one-stop support and made what could have been a stressful tax situation feel manageable and clear. During our call, she carefully walked through several complex items, including state tax withholding questions, a retirement fund rollover, a backdoor Roth conversion, and properly reporting Treasury bill interest. She explained everything in a way that was both thorough and easy to understand, ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. Christine was incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and generous with her time. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my concerns were fully addressed.

My former spouse received approximately $1.055M in cash proceeds from the sale of startup stock in 2020 (acquired by a public company). On the federal return, the gain was treated as eligible for QSBS exclusion. However, I’ve since learned that California does not conform to the QSBS exclusion, and the $1.055M should have been taxed almost fully as its cost basis was negligible (less than $250). We filed Married Filing Jointly at the time. We are now divorced, and under our marital settlement agreement that income is his separate property and he is responsible for any associated tax liability and audits of prior returns. My questions: Based on your experience, if the QSBS exclusion was applied to the California return, is that likely an error that should be corrected? What is the recommended process if one former spouse will not cooperate in amending a joint return? In situations like this, is it appropriate to consider an IRS or FTB referral for potential misreporting? How likely will the FTB pursue this referral? Thank you for any guidance.

The AGI I input from line 11 of 2024 return was input correctly but IRS keeps saying it wrong. I am only filing with W-2 for my 2025 return.
2024 was 1099 and W-2.

exactly, you need to split the 1099 and deal with this manually. Import does not handle adjustments like accrued interest, one reason why import can be a waste of time in this situation (and most 1099s are quick to input manually anyway). Turbotax adjustments don't specify which income box they apply to so if you have a 1099 with multiple boxes you need to split it up otherwise the accrued will be spread across all the income boxes. the accrued interest should be applied to the first coupon after purchase which may not apply to 2025 taxes, most brokers don't figure this out they just give you a supplementary schedule of accrued paid and it's up to you to figure it out and carry over any accrued for 2026 if you bought a bond which didn't have a coupon in 2025 (e.g. semi-annual muni purchased after the 2nd coupon payment for the year).
