You do not need to calculate the gain/loss for each sale and write it on the Form 1099-DA before mailing it to the IRS. The gain/loss is already calculated on the tax return. The IRS requirement is to send them a copy of Form 1099-DA.
Here is a TurboTax article about Form 1099-DA for more information.

You will have to mail your tax return. How do I file my return by mail?
You still must file a tax return even if you have already paid the late charges (penalty/interest). This will stop any further interest from accruing. You can also claim any potential refund you may be due. If your final tax owed is less than estimated, you can request a refund of any excess penalties using Form 843. Form 843 and Instructions for Form 843
Since you have already paid the penalty, you may be able to request a "first-time penalty abatement" if you have a clean history for the past three years. See this link for additional information; Administrative penalty relief
Also, new this year, you will be able to have your prior-year tax returns prepared using TurboTax Full Service. You must do them along with your 2025 tax return.
When you select TurboTax Full Service, a dedicated tax expert will prepare your tax return(s) for you. You will set up a welcome call with an assistant and they will answer any questions you may have. The TurboTax assistant will also confirm the documents your expert will need to prepare your taxes. You will be able to upload your documents straight from your computer, or you can use your phone to capture or scan paper documents.
You can use this link, click here to start the process. Make sure to select "Prior year not filed" in the interview questions.

Please return to Community if you have any additional information or questions and we would be happy to help.

Can you clarify you question with additional information? Box 14 of what Form? What is in Box 14?
If it's Box 14 of your W-2, according to a TurboTax Help Article:
Employers can put just about anything in box 14—it's a catch-all for items that don't have their own dedicated box on the W-2.
In TurboTax, enter the description from your W-2's box 14 on the first field in the row. Enter the dollar amount and select the correct tax category that goes with that description.
If none of the categories apply, scroll to the bottom of the list and select Other (not classified). Don’t worry. We'll figure out if it impacts your return or not. If we need more information, we'll ask you.
If box 14 is blank, just skip over it. Don't enter a 0 for any blank boxes.

I see the Taxpayer link briefly flash, then it's gone. The "People wks" did not exist in TT 2024. If this does not get fixed by 4/15, you can file for an extension that gets you to 10/15 filing date. Making your estimated payment using EFTPS automatically gets you the extension or mail 4868. Hopefully the problem will be fixed before then.

In 2025 you can take State Income Tax or State Sales Tax as a deduction, not both. My state taxes paid were $4886 and sales taxes paid were $2088. When using TurboTax and selecting the "take higher amt." button, the program selects the lower sales tax number. Review of the summary page confirms that the lower sales tax number was taken. I have run through this calculation several times with the same result. Can someone advise?

Yes, those are the only pages I can get. 1-3 and 7. Which doesn't make sense, since as you said they are treated as different sections. Mine did not have a watermark and I was able to print them out just fine of the pages it gave me. But yes, I do need pages 4 & 5. I do hope they are able to rectify this quickly as we are required to send these in by April 15 as well.

Right now, South Carolina does not conform to the 2025 federal tax law changes, and so you can file your state return as-is once you're ready.
I double-checked the most recent updates from the South Carolina legislature, and their conformity bill passed only the House, but not the Senate.
If there are any changes to your state's tax situation after you file, TurboTax will contact you about your options. You can also wait until your state's deadline to file, if you so choose.

Yes. In TurboTax Desktop, you can review several Worksheets to help you see how the estimated numbers are derived.
In Forms Mode, click on Open Form and type "What-if" in the search box. Select the "What-If Worksheet" to open. This Worksheet will show you the side-by-side comparison of your actual 2025 numbers and your 2026 projections. To populate the numbers in Column 2, select the "Copy column 1 to column 2" box at the top left of the Worksheet.
You can also view the "Estimated Tax Payment Options", by clicking Open Form and typing those words into the search box. Ensure you highlight "Estimated Tax Payment Options" when it appears, and not the Vouchers themselves, which will be located just below.
If the 1040-ES projection is causing your estimated vouchers to be too high or too low, don't try to fix the 1040-ES worksheet directly. Note about Forms Mode. If you see a number in red, that indicates an override. While you can override directly on the Worksheet, it is always better to use the Step-by-Step method so that the software can calculate the other dependencies correctly.
Go to Other Tax Situations located to the right of the Deductions & Credits tab
Scroll down to Other Tax Forms
Select Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes
Choose Estimates on the Adjust How Much Tax You Pay screen, then Continue
This allows you to manually enter expected amounts for 2026 rather than letting the software "guess" based on 2025

Another user was able to submit a file this morning successfully by entering a space between each numeral. However, I just added a Form 568 to a test return I have on my Mac.
The way TurboTax is arranging the form, there is a Page 1-2 section treated as one form, and a Page 3-5 section treated as a separate form (If you have a Single Member LLC, "Side 6" is not applicable).
The only way I could create a print of California at this time is to select a Preview of the entire California return. TurboTax then creates a PDF of the whole state return (with a Federal copy following it).
The package I printed contained Sides 1 2, 3, and 7. All were printed with the watermark FORM NOT FINAL DO NOT FILE.
I am reporting this issue to management to see if we have a projected ready date for the form and regarding the issue with certain pages not printing.
