Sorry, I have not had a chance verify. I'm pretty sure the only entry was the flow form the 1099-R issued by my brokerage, but will quadruple-check. Otherwise, I think it's a link error in TT from form 8889, line 12 to form 5329, line 47. Thanks again for the suggestion and I'll reply back after I've had to chance to check.

It depends. An amendment requires Form 1040-X and you can review the instruction in the link below. You may need to remove the correction, so TurboTax knows the original numbers and the corrected numbers.
Follow the instructions in the link below to obtain the necessary TurboTax Desktop products (2024 and 2023) if necessary.
The amendment can be completed using the steps below and if necessary you can use the IRS transcript for your original 2023 or 2024 tax return.

My return says total capital losses are $2321 but I don't know how they get that number and I don't see a way to change it. If I have additional carryover losses from previous year, shouldn't that fill the gap to the $3K max allowed?

I appreciate the reply but I had already tried that way. Although I couldn't enter those taxes, TurboTax had already calculated the limit on the amount I could deduct. Thank you.

No. Plasma donation is unearned income. It could only be earned income if you are in the business of plasma donation, on a regular and continuous business basis. This is not income earned by you performing a service or sales of a product you created for resale. The IRS would not consider a plasma donation as an ongoing business concern.
Key elements:
A business allows you to deduct the costs necessary to obtain the income. The law explains that 'you must be engaged in the activity to produce a profit'. The test under IRS tax law is that you must show a profit three out of every five consecutive years to be considered a business.

If you haven't filed yet, sign in to your account and select Tax Home. Go to My Info section, click to your mailing address, and select Edit to fix it.
If you have already filed your return, you must wait until the IRS rejects it or accepts it.
If rejected, you can sign to your account and make the pertinent corrections in My Info section.
If accepted, and you use Direct Deposit for your refund, your money will be sent back to your bank account.
But if you choose that the IRS send you a paper check, then you must contact to the IRS as soon as you can to inform the issue, because the IRS might send it to the wrong address.
