Hi timabba,   I just had the same experience with my desktop version! Finally submitted!   After submitting, it gave me the option to write a review. This is what I posted with my one-star rating:   "When I tried to file my taxes, there was a glitch that prevented me. I got an error message that looked like this: 'Information Worksheet: Form 1099-Q is still being worked on. Please return after it has been updated.. Taxpayer's First Name: .....'   I went on the Intuit community forum and discovered that this was a common problem for Oregon users filing a 1099-Q form to take a distribution from a 529 plan. Some of the users in the forum had been complaining to TT for weeks, only to be gaslit and told that it was a problem with an Oregon form, or they were promised that a fix was just around the corner. I had to wait over a week for the bug to be fixed, but not nearly as long as others who started their taxes much earlier.   I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I have occasionally run into little bugs like this, but this was the first time I was completely prevented from fixing it on my own and filing my taxes."   I doubt someone from Intuit would look at that and give you a refund, but it can't hurt. Maybe it lights a fire under them to do better next year or warns would-be customers against buying TT.

A common reason that could be causing this error is missing data in a column, amounts that do not match, blank boxes, or $0 entries. Make sure that your entries for Form 1095-A are correct, that you marked all the correct boxes in TurboTax. To go back through your entries:   Open or continue your return. Navigate to the 1095-A section: TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1095-A. TurboTax Desktop: Search for 1095-a, then select the Jump to link. You should not have "0" or blank in Part III, Column B for any month that someone in your household had coverage under a Marketplace plan.  You need an SLCSP premium every month that you had coverage.    If this is the case on your form. you can use the government's tax tool to get the premium for your second lowest cost Silver plan. Failure to do this will result in a wrong calculation of the premium tax credit.   What is the Premium Tax Credit (PTC) and What is Tax Form 8962?

Thank you for your quick response!  I am using Deluxe installed on my computer. I went through the questions about 5 times.  There was nothing that asked about how long I lived there.  I entered the purchase date of 8/29/23 and sale date of 10/29/25.  But there were no questions about how long I lived there.
Can you please clarify. Is it an IRS or State debt?    You need to contact the IRS, and/or State Department of Revenue directly.   Contact the IRS
The IRS will be sending you a notice in the mail describing why the changed your tax return to that you now have taxes owed instead of a refund.

You will not be able to merge two previous TT account to start your new joint return.  You can transfer ONE of your 2024 returns into a new return, so choose the most complicated one.  The other spouse’s information needs to be entered manually.  The first name you enter will be the “primary” taxpayer——and in subsequent years you need to keep the names in that order—do not try to change the order of the names.     When you enter the primary spouse’s information in My Info, you have to answer the question "Were you married?"  If you click the button for Married, then a drop down will appear that asks, "Do you want to file this return together with your spouse?"  Then you choose YES to file a joint return.  You enter your spouse's information into My Info.  Whenever you are entering income information there should then be a spot for you and for your spouse's income information.  WATCH for the names as you enter income on the screens.  Or when you click to add income it will prompt you to choose which spouse had the income.   When you prepare a joint return you include all the information for both spouses on the SAME tax return.  Include all of your personal information, all of your income from every source, all dependents (if any), all credits and deductions for both of you.  You get ONE refund with both names on it.   And…keep a record of how to access the “old” account for your spouse in case a need comes up to print it or find information from it.  TT will save it online for seven years,

I am retired and received a 1099-R converting traditional IRA dollars from PREVIOUS YEARS CONTRIBUTIONS into roth IRA dollars.     I get the entries under wages & Income 1099-R.   Done and listed as converted to roth IRA.   I'm confused on the second half of the IRA entries.       1.  Confirming I enter IRA under the deductions & credits section      2.  Do I check both the Traditional IRA and the Roth IRA??  Do I enter the dollars first as Traditional and then as Roth??  I'm questioning because I didn't contribute any of these funds into a traditional IRA in 2025 - this was done in the years previous.  I'm only converting funds to Roth.     Thanks for the clarification.
No, you would not file a return for a Single-Member LLC that is owned by a Self-Directed IRA. Neither the investment nor the LLC would be reported on your personal Form 1040 return.

When you enter the foreign income and foreign taxes by country, TurboTax shows your 1099-DIV forms as income sources. However, after selecting a 1099-DIV for the first country, it is excluded from the list for subsequent countries. This behavior prevents me from completing the TurboTax interview because foreign taxes on dividends paid the several countries are shown on the same 1099-DIV.
