If your deduction (22,247) is higher than your actual premiums (19,007), you’ll likely need to pay back some of the Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) you received this year.
If your income was higher than you estimated when you signed up for insurance, the IRS makes you pay back part of the subsidy. Because you are paying that money back, the IRS allows you to add that repayment amount to your Self-Employed Health Insurance Deduction reported on Form 7206.
You’re repaying about $3,450 in credits, which gets added to your deduction and helps lower your taxable income. To see how these numbers connect, review these two forms in TurboTax using Forms Mode or the PDF.
Form 8962, Line 29: Look for "Excess advance payment of premium tax credit." This is the amount you are paying back.
Form 7206 (Self-Employed Health Insurance Deduction): This is the worksheet that calculates the final number for Schedule 1. It pulls the premiums from your 1095-A and adds the repayments from Form 8962.

It is possible that the IRS will catch it and send you a letter telling you that they are adjusting your return due to the missing 1099-G. If they process your return and you do not receive a letter telling you your return has been adjusted, then you will need to Amend Your Return . The amended forms are not quite ready yet, but you can use this tool to see when they become available.
A few notes amount amending
You will have to use the same TurboTax account that you used for the original tax return.
The refund calculator will start new at $0. The new number you see will be the number you now owe or the extra you will get back. This number takes into consideration the amount of your refund or payment in the original return.
Select your product below and follow the instructions.

The date has been moved back. The Form 1040X Amended Return is now supposed to become available March 4. But since the update usually occurs overnight Wednesday into the wee hours of Thursday AM, it may actually be March 5. Rarely, a form can be released earlier than shown in the table. No one can know for sure--only an expected date. It's been moved back a couple of times already. TurboTax Form Availability Tool In the meantime, do not make any changes in your original return. Also, if you are due a Federal refund, it's recommended to wait on the refund to arrive before amending. Or if you owed taxes due, to wait until the return processes.

Is your refund coming directly from the IRS to your bank account, or did you choose to pay any fees out of your Federal refund or chose the "up to 5 days early" offer which use a third-party bank?

Yes. If they withheld taxes, then you would need to get a W2-G from the payer. So if your payer is the Las Vegas Airport, you would need to contact them for the W-2G.
If they did not withhold taxes, you will just need to enter your winnings from your records. To enter your gambling winnings with or without the W2-G, you will select the following:

Has the IRS released and sent your refund and given you an expected deposit date? IRS "Where's My Refund" tool: https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund How did you pay your TurboTax fees? Did you pay them upfront, or did you choose to pay your fees out of your refund? The "up to 5 days early offer" or the "pay fees out of refund" option use a third-party bank to first receive a refund from the IRS. Then that third-party bank sends the rest to your bank account (or card.) If you paid $35 for the "up to 5 days early" offer, and if it didn't arrive at least 1 day earlier than if the IRS had sent it directly to you, then TurboTax says they will refund the $35.

My son has $125 fee to be in band, $70 fee for Beta, $100 sports fee.
Do these count as the 'more than 250' for the education expense credit?

An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 20 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
