There is no need to have that box checked. Just continue with your tax return, complete and file the return.

My PA return includes a 1099R that needs to be an attachment to the return so that Dept of Revenue can see why it's not taxable to PA. How can I do that attachment in TT Desktop?

I started my taxes mid-january, and i got to the Depreciation and Amortization section when working on my rental property taxes. TurboTax (online) says "Depreciation and Amortization will be ready by February, but likely sooner" and that they are updating this section for the latest tax laws. Is it just a bug in my taxes that has me continuing to get this message (even as of today, Feb 11th)? or is there an ETA when TurboTax will have this ready?

It is entered in the Miscellaneous Income section. You'll receive Form 1099-LTC if you get money from long-term insurance or life insurance under an accelerated death benefits clause. Here's how to enter your 1099-LTC into TurboTax: Sign into your return in TurboTax on TurboTax Online. Go to the long-term care screen under Federal, Wages & Income - Miscellaneous Income. That link will take you directly to the entry screen in TurboTax Online. OR If you are using TurboTax Desktop, go to Wages and Income or Personal Income and scroll down to the last section - Less Common Income, then scroll to the last section in that section - Miscellaneous Income and then select start or update next to Long Term Care account distributions.
