That is not unusual. If it doesn't say Pending. That means the IRS has it. They work on them as they come in. Be patient, you should know soon.

What form are you being asked to fill out? You are correct that you should be able to minimally skip through this section.
When you came to the screen "Select the health-related accounts you had in 2025", did you check off only "None of the above"? If so, the next screen should have been to return to the Your 2025 Deductions & Credits screen.
P.S., if after you don't check off an health accounts, the next screen is "1099-SA Summary", just hit Continue - you don't need to enter anything here.

You can verify this yourself if you have the software installed on your computer. Go to the forms mode and look under your Oklahoma state return. Look for the Look for the retirement exclusion worksheet to verify what DianeW777 has mentioned.
If you use the online version, you will first need to pay for the product, then you'll have access to your forms.

I use Desktop/Windows, and I file online. This software will not let me go back to the place where I can add my personal HSA contributions (so called HSA Interview). Seems like if you've been through the pages once, it will not allow you to go through this "HSA Interview" again, in its entirety. This is so frustrating. Why is this software so user UNFRIENDLY? I am following all your instructions to go back through the HSA Contributions and there is NO page that indicates to enter your personal contributions to HSA. I'm sorry this software really sucks. If you can have a consultant contact me and we can walk through on the phone I can share screen and show there is NO page to enter my personal HSA Contributions. I am totally frustrated not having a good experience with Turbo Tax.

When using the TurboTax desktop editions, there is a $25 state tax return e-file charge for each state return e-filed. This charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.

If you are preparing her return, you can do it in your own TurboTax account. When preparing your Mom's tax return in TurboTax, go to the "Personal Info" section and make sure to check the box indicating that she has passed away, and enter her date of death. Also, in the "Personal Info" section, you will show that you are preparing a return for someone who has passed away.
If a refund is expected, you must fill out IRS Form 1310, Statement of Person Claiming Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer. TurboTax will prompt you to complete this form. TurboTax will guide you through the "Complete a claim for refund" screen, which is for Form 1310.
This form can can be filed electronically along with your Mom's final return.
If you are e-filing her tax return, you will follow the prompts for the "Personal Representative". If you are mailing her tax return, you will sign your name and write "Deceased" next to the decedent's name, along with your name and "Personal Representative."
Before you file your Mom's return, make sure the Social Security Administration has been notified of her death. You can either go to their website or call 1-800-772-1213.
Many (but not all) states allow decedent tax returns to be e-filed as well. TurboTax will let you know when you get ready to e-file her state return.

"There is no statute that authorizes the IRS to prevent traditional IRA RMD funds, on which taxes are fully paid, from being converted to a Roth." The statutes absolutely do prohibit such a conversion. Section 408A(d)(3) defines a Roth conversion as a taxable rollover. Section 408(d)(3)(E) prohibits rollover of an RMD. This means that if any portion of an RMD is deposited into a Roth IRA, it is required to be treated as an ordinary Roth IRA contribution, not a Roth conversion. (The term "Roth conversion" has specific meaning in the tax code, referring to section 408A(d)(3)(C).) Congress delegated to the IRS the authority to develop the regulations necessary to implement the statutes. CFR 1.408-8(b)(3) establishes that the first dollars out of an individual's IRAs are RMD until the RMD for the individual's traditional IRAs has been satisfied, eliminating ambiguity about which distribution is an RMD.
