I'll second that!!!  When I started looking at this the option WAS there and I used the link to download the CSV Template.  Now it's all gone.  I'm wondering if it has something to do with some IRS changes this year.  But you would think they could at least communicate with their paying customers.  I've used turbotax for over 10 years.

DID YOU E-FILE?   Did you e-file?   Did you go through all three steps of the FILE section and click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”     When you e-file your return you will get two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say your return has been transmitted; the second one will tell you the IRS has accepted  or rejected your federal e-file.  If you filed a state return, there will be a third email (usually a day or two later) that tells you if the state e-file was accepted or rejected.   Check your e-file status:   https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/    What does it say in your account?  Does it show that the return was accepted?   Or does it say something else---like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?”

Do you mean the "5 day early" refund?   "5 days early" means you are supposed to receive your federal refund from one to five days sooner than the refund date shown on the IRS refund site.   If it does not meet that "at least one day sooner" date, they are supposed to refund the $35 fee.   You have to pay attention to the date on the IRS refund site. You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:    https://www.irs.gov/refunds

The Online Self Employed version is now called Premium.  How to upgrade the Online version https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/upgrading/help/how-do-i-upgrade-or-switch-to-a-higher-version-of-turbotax-online/00/26239   You can fill out Schedule C and enter 1099NEC, Cash or Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Premium or use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs. All the Desktop programs have the same forms, so you can buy a lower version.  You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.   How to enter income from Self Employment https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/self-employed/help/how-do-i-report-income-from-self-employment/00/26653

Horrible respone from TurboTax.  i am in the same exact situation. My bank routing and account numbers are verified accurate. Turbo Tax is at fault as they partnered with Cross River Bank, not me. My refund was issued weeks ago by Federal IRS. Cross River bank apparently has my money!!! WTF is going on!!
There is no longer a version called "Self-Employed"---that has been gone for a couple of years.   If you have self-employment income you will need Premium to prepare the Schedule C.

You are allowed to convert to the actual expense deduction method for a vehicle from the standard mileage rate method used in previous years. It seems that that is what may have happened here. I suggest you go back through your auto expense entries and verify that you didn't choose the actual expense deduction method this year in error.
You can go to your state website to check the status.  See How do I track my state refund? - TurboTax Support - Intuit

@ rosehart510 wrote:  on from 1099b, I sold stock that had two different acquisition dates. How do i enter two dates on the screen? The Turbotax screen for 1099b assumes that the stock that I sold was acquired on one day, but it was actually acquired on two different days. Are you reporting one combined sale that included 2 lots of the same stock?   If the stock lots were purchased (or otherwise acquired) on different dates (i.e. for, 2 or more lots), then for the acquisition date field look for a dropdown menu.   Are you able to choose the term "various" for the date in the dropdown menu?   Or a workaround would be to enter them as 2 separate sales and identify the separate lots, the respective acquisition date for each, and the respective basis for each, etc.   ADDENDUM 2/18/2026 at 5:05 PM Pacific @rosehart510      The above assumes the 2 lots had the same holding period in regards to "short term" or "long term".   If the 2 lots have different holding periods, they would need to be reported separately in the proper sales category for short term or long term to correctly account for that.  Hopefully, if that's your case, your 1099B from  your broker should have broken all that down into the proper sales categories and listed the Box letter for that category under which to report it on your return.
IRS Schedule D is available in TurboTax Desktop Deluxe.  See this comparison.

Yes, you can mark the sales as wash sales and enter your data in a summary.     Enter your sales in the Income >> Investment Sales section of TurboTax.      Choose the 1099-B entry Put a checkmark in the box that says I need to adjust my total cost basis.  A dropdown of adjustment codes will appear.   Place a check next to code W and enter the adjustment.     Where do I enter investment sales?   How do I enter a large number of stock transactions (by summary) in TurboTax?  Example below.
