Sounds like something got stuck. You have tried a lot of the think I suggest, but there are a couple more thing you can try. Let me know if these don't work.
Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu.
Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website.
Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms.
Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit."
Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.

You can look in a few specific places in your account or your email. I would check these and see if there is a contact number if you haven't gotten your advance.

Check Your TurboTax Order Details
On the Tax Home page, scroll down to the section for "Your tax returns & documents."
Select View Order Details.
Look for "Refund Advance" or "Credit Karma Money" listed under your payment and refund methods.
If it’s not there, you likely selected a standard direct deposit or a different refund option.
Look for Confirmation Emails
If you applied, you should have received automated emails from TurboTax and its partners.
From TurboTax: Search for an email confirming your "Refund Selection."
From Credit Karma: If you were approved, Credit Karma sends an email when the funds are deposited into your Credit Karma Money Spend account.
From WebBank: If your application was denied, you will receive an email from WebBank (the lender) explaining the reason for the decline.
Check Your Credit Karma Money Account
Because the Refund Advance is deposited into a Credit Karma Money™ Spend account, checking that account is the fastest way to see if the loan was processed.
Log in to your Credit Karma account.
Navigate to the Money tab.
If you see a pending or completed deposit for a portion of your refund (typically between $250 and $4,000) shortly after the IRS accepted your return, that is your Refund Advance.
Review Your Tax Return Summary
You can also find clues on your actual tax forms:

Hello, I’d appreciate guidance on the U.S. tax treatment of early distributions from a 401(k) and an HSA for a nonresident alien. I made contributions to both a 401(k) and an HSA while I was a U.S. resident for tax purposes. I later moved back to my home country and am now classified as a nonresident alien (NRA) for U.S. tax purposes. In 2025, I took early, non-qualified distributions from both accounts (i.e., before age 59½, and the HSA distribution was not for qualified medical expenses). I understand that: The 401(k) distribution is subject to the 10% additional tax for early withdrawal. The HSA distribution is subject to the 20% additional tax for non-qualified distributions. My question is about income tax withholding and taxation: As an NRA, are these distributions taxed at the flat 30% federal withholding rate, or Are they taxed using graduated (progressive) tax rates, given that the contributions were made while I was a U.S. resident? Any clarification on how residency at the time of contribution vs. residency at the time of distribution affects the tax treatment would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, that counts. If you installed and placed in service a new Geothermal unit, that meets the Energy Star requirements, in 2025 as a replacement for the old one, then you would be eligible for the tax credit. It must be a brand new one, not a used one. The expenses that you include are both the product itself and the cost of installation. However, if you installed it yourself, you cannot "pay yourself" for the installation. Remember, The Residential Energy Credit is a non-refundable credit, however this one can be carried forward to future tax years until this credit goes away which is currently set to happen in 2034. This credit is worth up to 30% of the cost of the equipment, with no maximum limit.

MinhT1's answer is correct. The dividend was paid to your IRA, not to you. The information that you found in DaveF1006's post does not apply to your situation. Ignore this Form 1099-DIV.

Gambling losses can only be deducted up to the amount of the gambling winnings. Gambling winnings are reported on Form 1040 Schedule 1 on Line 8b. The amount from Part I of Schedule 1 Line 10 flows to Form 1040 Line 8. Gambling Losses are reported on Form 1040 Schedule A as a Other Itemized Deductions. Gambling losses are not a one-for-one reduction in winnings. Your total itemized deductions reported on Form 1040 Schedule A must be greater than the standard deduction for your filing status to have any tax benefit.

I checked the calculations and everything is calculated correctly on the W2, nevertheless I don't think I am going to get a corrected W2, so I will file as you have described in your message. Do I have to send the documentation (pay stubs, relocation documents) directly when filing the taxes, or just have them ready in case they are requested? My relocation actually started in 2024, but only a small portion of the relocations costs happened back then with the majority of the costs having happened in 2025. But I checked my 2024 W2 and it is has the same situation as the 2025 one, but the amount in Box12 given with Code P is much smaller, so I must have overlooked that it was added for a second time to my taxable income in 2024 when doing my taxes with TurboTax. What should I do about the 2024 situation? Thank you so much for your help. Kind wishes

If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.
If you select the 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.
