A SSA-1099 cannot be imported into TurboTax.
If you do not have the SSA-1099, go to this Social Security website - https://www.ssa.gov/faqs/en/questions/KA-01723.html

If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.
To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings:
Locate the View Site Information icon (the "tune" or "lock" icon) on the far left of your address bar, just before the URL.
Find Local Network Access in the dropdown menu.
Toggle the switch to ON.
Refresh the page and attempt your import again.
If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:
Brokerage Delays: While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay Consolidated 1099s (like the 1099-B) until mid-February due to complex reporting requirements.
Availability: Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back.
Connection Blocks: Active VPNs or aggressive Anti-Virus software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser.

And you looked for and deleted any worksheets related to charitable contributions? If you didn't delete everything related to charitable contributions it will keep coming back.
You might also try these things:
Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu.
Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website.
Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms.
Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit."
Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.

If you are filing as Married Filing Separately you are not eligible for the deduction. If you are Single and your AGI is over $150,000 or Married Filing Jointly and your AGI is over $250,000 you are not eligible for the deduction.
If you are age 65 or older and meet the requirement, the additional deduction is automatically added on your federal tax return.
Standard deductions for 2025
Single - $15.750 add $2,000 if age 65 or older Married Filing Separately - $15,750 add $1,600 if age 65 or older Married Filing Jointly - $31,500 add $1,600 for each spouse age 65 or older Head of Household - $23,625 add $2,000 if age 65 or older
New Bonus Standard Deduction (OBBB): An additional $6,000 deduction for taxpayers 65 and older. This is per eligible individual, meaning a married couple both over 65 could get $12,000. Important: This bonus deduction is temporary, lasting from 2025 through 2028. Income limitations: It phases out for taxpayers with modified adjusted gross income over $75,000 for single filers and $150,000 for joint filers.
The amount is calculated on Schedule 1-A, Part V, with that amount flowing to Form 1040 Line 13b
Look at your Form 1040 -
You can view your Form 1040 plus Schedules 1, 2 and 3 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

The IRS made several changes to Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) rules in 2025 and 2026 under the SECURE 2.0 Act. Because of this, TurboTax now includes a general question about RMDs for nearly every 1099-R form from LASERS. This question appears for anyone over age 73, no matter what type of pension you have.
To satisfy this change, after you enter your 1099-R from LASERS, you will reach a screen that asks, "Was this withdrawal a Required Minimum Distribution?" Select yes, all of this money was an RMD. This should satisfy this requirement and allow you to move on in your return.

@Jimborooney wrote: I agree it is a mistake to drop a crucial tool in the application. However, when I was researching alternative ways to get fair market values for my donations, I decided to try Claude AI and it worked surprisingly well. I simply uploaded a worksheet listing the items I donated and it created a worksheet that added FMV to each from Goodwill. Pretty slick! Yeah, that's a small part of the feature. YOu still have to be able to upload a .TXF file to get your list entered or you end up keying every item in individually. Even if you use a system like DeductibleDuck that lets you do that, it still treates your list of items (each <$500) as one item >$500. SO you have to go and game turbotax by entering in a guessed at "purchase" price for your list. This works, it's clunky but it shouldn't be necessary. The way it worked with ItsDeductible recognized a single donation worth over $500 but made up of items <$500 were in fact items not worth more than $500. Why can't we get this back? It bothers me to enter a guessed at value of items given to a thrift store on a tax form. Fortunately, we're using the Goodwill or Salvation Army FMV pricing, and they have guidance for typical % of original cost for assigning FMV, so you just making the guessed at original price based on that is somethign to fall back on that's as legit as their individual FMV values. It works, it's not great. As far as I"m concerned Turbo Tax is broken until we don't have to guess at original purchase prices for lists of thrift store items donated on a single day.

I can import an account from Schwab, but when I try to import an account with a different number (e.g. 1099-R vs 1099-Div) I get a message to remove previous data (or something of that nature). If I click "cancel" the import doesn't happen. The only workaround I found was to import one account and manually enter the others. Is there a fix for this?

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_...
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
