If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.   To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings: Locate the View Site Information icon (the "tune" or "lock" icon) on the far left of your address bar, just before the URL. Find Local Network Access in the dropdown menu. Toggle the switch to ON. Refresh the page and attempt your import again. If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play: Brokerage Delays: While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay Consolidated 1099s (like the 1099-B) until mid-February due to complex reporting requirements. Availability: Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back. Connection Blocks: Active VPNs or aggressive Anti-Virus software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser. Helpful TurboTax Articles: What if I can't import my 1099? How can I fix my 1099 import issue? How do I import my 1099s? GM Tax Family! @Cadillacbob I also received my money overnight, or this morning, & my transcripts say DDD of 3/2 but WMR said today & today it was. I did not opt in for the 5 days early. I would go by WMR this year, which is NEVER the case, usually its the other way around. My state has also finally been approved for deposit. Fingers crossed it will be in the next few days as well. Praying all of you that haven't updated will tomorrow! @th0126 I didn't have fees taken out this year either.

Yes.  According to the Farmers Tax Guide, "You are in the business of farming if you cultivate, operate, or manage a farm for profit, either as owner or tenant. A farm includes livestock, dairy, poultry, fish, fruit, and truck farms. It also includes plantations, ranches, ranges, and orchards and groves" So if you took over a family farm where you are breeding livestock, poultry or fish, that you are operating with the intention of making a profit, then you would be in the business of farming and your income would be reported on Schedule F.   If you have not already filed your return, then you would just need to delete the Schedule C and then select Farming instead of self-employment in the business income section.  The Schedule F is to report only the farming operations.  If you have another business not related to farming that would still need to be reported on Schedule C. Income reported on both Schedule C and Schedule F is subject to the 15.3% self employment tax.  If you did not pay Self Employment (SE) Taxes in 2025, and if you plan to do this again in 2026, it may be a good idea to make estimated quarterly payments to avoid penalties.   If you have already filed your return, to make the changes, you would need to Amend Your Return . The amended forms are not quite ready yet, but you can use this tool to see when they become available.

Currently, TurboTax supports the manual entry of IRS Form 1099-DA. We are in the process of enhancing our CSV import and upload features to make this process more seamless. Timeline: We expect the new CSV import functionality to be available soon. Please note that this is an estimated target as we finalize the experience. Supported Documents: Once live, the import/upload feature will support both 1099-DA and DigitalAssetGainLoss files. If you are ready to file now, you can still enter your information manually. Otherwise, thank you for your patience while we get these automated tools ready for you!
