I was having this problem. Called Merrill, they said it was TT issue. Called TT and they were very helpful. Offered several workarounds. In the end, she sent me an email that detailed several steps to try to overcome the glitch. I have the desktop version. If you make it to the "Lets get your forms screen" > go to your search bar and click on the sliders in the far left corner. "Local network" or I slid mine off and back on. it allowed me to go to the next screen and it showed all my accounts at merrill. If i only choose one download, it works.

She did get 1098-T. Box 1 is $7100 and box 5 is $5300, but $7100 includes room and board, so technically, she has some taxable scholarships - about $2300 no, our income is not over 180000

You will enter your Form 1099-G in the Wages and Income section of TurboTax, and then Other Common Income and then Other 1099-G Income. On the screen that says What Kind of Payment did you Receive, you will answer Agricultural Program Payment . On the Form 1099-G entry screen enter your agricultural payments in box 7. On another screen TurboTax will ask you if the income is for farm rental or just farm, pick the one that applies to you.
After you complete the Form 1099-G entry, go to the Self-employment income section in TurboTax, under Wages and Income and find your farm that TurboTax set up and update that section to enter your farm expenses.

An LLC can be filed in a lot of different ways. The easiest way for you to file it and get the credit for your loss is to file a schedule C for this year. If you start making a profit at the business then it will be better to file as a partnership or an S-Corp or something. But for this year just a sole-proprietorship.
Scroll down in the wages and income section to 'Business Items' and click 'start' next to 'Business Income and Expenses'. Enter all of the information about your LLC here and then enter the expenses that you had for 2025. You'll take that loss against all of your other income to reduce your tax bill for this year.

There are several Schedule Ms on state tax returns - Illinois and Kentucky come to mind, but there may be others.
Which state are you specifically referring to?

And just to be clear, by "... zeroed out the entire 8962" I mean that it sets the "tax family size" (line 1) to 0 and all of the other lines are blank except for line 30 which has the policy number, SSN, start month (1), end month (8) and premium, SLCSP, and PTC percentages (0.00) filled in.

I took a withdrawal against a Roth account. I am being asked for the amount I contributed to ensure the amount I withdrew was not eating into any accumulation. This account has been active many years and has changed fiduciary at least twice. I cannot confirm the separation of deposits vs growth. Should there not be a way to find this out? I am "only" 53 so I do not hit the 59-1/2 cap.

If you are using desktop download Premier, your return will be on a Form 1040 but if you want to print it out on 1040SR you can do that if you are 65 or older. Form 1040 and 1040SR are identical except that 1040SR has bigger print. All of the lines and all of the calculations are identical. Whether you use 1040 or 1040SR makes no difference whatsoever for your tax due or refund.

You are correct @gblanc. I missed that the question referred to the Business software. For TurboTax Business you do have to manual enter a 1099-DIV.
In the Business version, dividends are entered as business income.
If you are using the standard step-by-step interview:
Open your business return and click the Federal Taxes tab at the top.
Select Income from the sub-menu.
Look for the category labeled Investment Income, Click Start/Update next to Capital Gains and Losses
The third screen in this section is for Capital Gain Distributions.
You will enter the amount from your 1099-DIV box 2a here.
If you click on the Explain This link, the very last sentence says to enter it here.
If you prefer to enter the data directly into the tax forms and are using the Desktop version:
Click the Forms icon in the top right corner.
On the left-hand list of forms, look for the Schedule D.
Enter your amount on line 14..
Click Step-by-Step (top right) to return to the interview mode.
