"I  am getting a screen that states you dont owe taxes on this money"   It's saying that you don't own additional taxes.  Code 2 in box 7 of the Form 1099-R means that the distribution is not subject to an early-distribution penalty (an additional tax).   It's entirely possible that you are not having sufficient taxes withheld from your pension payments to cover the additional tax liability resulting from this income.

No, TennCare is not marketplace insurance.    TennCare is Tennessee's Medicaid program, which provides health insurance to low-income individuals and families. The Health Insurance Marketplace, on the other hand, is a federal platform where individuals can shop for and compare private health insurance plans that meet the Affordable Care Act (ACA) standards.    If you had health insurance through the marketplace, you would have received a Form 1095-A.
What do you do when it's showing the wrong amount at the end?
This is an annual election, so you would make the election for each year you want the election to be valid for.

You can select Switch to Free Edition instead. In the Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now.  Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition? https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/upgrading/help/why-do-i-have-to-upgrade-from-free-edition/00/26379 Or try the IRS Free File program https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
Sometimes you need to type a zero (or a few zeros) at the beginning of the account number.  Check if your account number is shorter than the max size currently used at your bank.

For the state of Georgia the date for filing a 2024 tax return and payment of any taxes owed has been extended to May 1, 2025 for all resident of Georgia.  This is due to the Hurricanes that went through the state in late 2024.   IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-help-available-to-victims-of-hurricanes-helene-and-milton-may-1-deadline-now-applies-to-individuals-and-businesses   Currently, taxpayers in the entire states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, and parts of Tennessee and Virginia, who received extensions to file their 2023 returns have until May 1, 2025, to file. Tax-year 2023 tax payments are not eligible for this extension. In addition, May 1 is also the deadline for filing 2024 returns and paying any tax due.
It should already be included in your W-2, so you shouldn't need to make a separate entry.
