The extension gives you until October 15, 2025 to file your taxes without getting a failure to file penalty. You don't get extra time to pay your taxes so you must pay any taxes that you may have that are due by April 15, 2025 so you won't be assessed the failure to pay penalty.
Refer to the TurboTax Help article How do I file an IRS tax extension?. If you need to file a state extension, review the article How do I file an extension for my personal state taxes?

...Additionally I had to right-click on those fields in 2210 Part1 Line 10 and choose "Override" so that I could enter data. After that, TurboTax did not recalculate all the rest for me. I had to manually compute values and individually override all dependent fields. In my case, the penalty/underpayment went to zero, but the previously computed interest lingered until I cleared it manually in the Part 2 "INTEREST" worksheet.

After you complete the Review section, the File section of TurboTax provides step by step instructions. You will need to have paid for your TurboTax product.
If your return qualifies for e-filing, at the end of the File section you will see a button to click to transmit now.
The instructions in the File section also ask how you intend to pay any taxes due to the IRS and the state. It will also provide information and a link to set up an installment agreement with the IRS. You can also request the installment agreement from IRS directly. See this IRS webpage for details.
