If so, just enter into TurboTax the names and data that are on your current 1099-R (Pac Life, I guess). The IRS will be able to handle it.

Hi LaShaunA3 First, thanks so much for your reply with detailed explanations. Does this Depreciation Adjustment for Georgia Form 500 page 1 Line 11 that you explained below has anything to do with Form 4797 Sale of Business Property Line 21 "Depreciation (or depletion) Allowed" when you sell a property and report your sale "Capital Gain" Line 7a in Federal Form 1040? I have to ask this question because, I happened to sell a property with capital gain and claimed depreciation in Form 4797 to file with my income tax Form 1040 and Schedule D. Thanks again and awaiting for your response.

Last year, employee tax expert CatinaT1 gave a very good answer to your question:
If you received a W-2 with $0 in Box 1:
Sign in to TurboTax Online, click Continue to your return, then pick up where I left off (if you are using TurboTax CD/ Download, then just open your return on your computer);
Click on Federal Taxes, and then click on Wages & Income;
Under Wages and Income, click Start;
Click on Work on my W-2, and enter the information as reported on your W-2.
After entering all your W-2s, you will see the screen, Let’s check for uncommon situations. Next to Nontaxable Medicaid waiver payments, check the box.
You will enter the amount of Medicaid Waiver Payments into the box asking for the total amount of difficulty of care payment you received from IHHS. This will be the same amount reported in Boxes 3 and 5 of your W-2.
When you get to the Earned Income Credit section under the Deductions and Credits portion of your return, you will be asked if you want to add your Medicaid waiver payment to your income for this credit. You can try it both ways, including it and excluding it from the calculation for the credit and see which way benefits you most.
Please see her whole response at this link.

Tax relief for overtime is separate from other itemized deductions. If you have overtime that qualifies, you should enter it.
Note that all overtime is not eligible. You must be a "non-exempt" employee covered by the fair labor standards act (FLSA). If you are an "exempt" supervisory employee your overtime is not eligible. If you are eligible, you can deduct the extra half-time pay for working over 40 hours in a week, not the entire overtime pay. For example, if you work 40 hours at $20/hour and 5 hours of overtime at $30/hour, it is the 5 hours x $10 (the half-pay amount in time and a half) that is eligible for the deduction. If you get paid more than time and a half, only the half time (the part that is mandatory under FLSA) is eligible. And if you work only 40 hours but get paid extra because its a holiday or something, you aren't eligible because only overtime paid for working more than 40 hours is eligible.

Why does the 1099R section take me to a link to form 3903. I clicked on the email update option and it said something about the 3903 Moving expenses form. Doesn't seem related to my 1099R input.
