The Advantage program provides you the software for each tax year. The software is sent in November for the upcoming tax year. You are not changed for the software until it ships in November.

It is what it said won’t charge it until next year. But it appeared on my credit card now. Can you cancel that charge for now? We can pay in November next year.

Maybe you were charged for your 2020 return? Did you buy the Desktop program or use the online version?
you charged me three times: 76 for online version; 100 for 2022; 110 for online download.
can you refund overcharged potion?

We can't tell what all you paid for. You may have bought the download Desktop program but used the online version. You should be able to get a refund for the Desktop program. They are not charging for 2022 (the 2021 program) yet.
