Yes, you will use the information from the 1099-HC to fill out Massachusetts Schedule HC when you file electronically. The is not included anywhere on your Federal Return only your state return.

If you are filing by paper (printing and mailing your return) you will need to attach the 1099 HC to your return.

My company gave me a 1095 c but turbo tax keeps pushing this 1099hc on me but I am not under mass health so I dont believe I need it.. I have bywater cigna insurance
