Form to exclude spouse from student loan recovery

Our tax refund was garnished by Dept of Education.  I need to file to have my husband's part of the refund excused from this.  He is not responsible for any if this debt.

Form to exclude spouse from student loan recovery

Yes, you may do this in TurboTax.  You will look to file Form 8379, Injured Spouse.  Here is how to access this form and prepare it in TurboTax (click on the What if I've already filed? link):  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3326788.
