The phase out starts at $160,000. At $180,000, it's all gone and you get no part of the credit. Between 160K & 180K the partial credit calculation is shown on form 8863.

I can't proceed with free because its saying I have a lifetime learning credit, but its 0 because I have no tax paid. How do I do the free version with my tuition info
