Where do I find the phase out schedule for the American Opportunity Tax Credit and Lifetime Learning Credit?

The phase out starts at $160,000. At $180,000, it's all gone and you get no part of the credit. Between 160K & 180K the partial credit calculation is shown on form 8863.
