I submitted the problem, received a computer-generated phone call and was asked to hold. After 5 minutes, Intuit hung up on me. Will I get a call back? Where do I go from here?

The batch file to delete state files did not work. Should I delete the TuboTax24 Deluxe AP and reload or is there a problem with South Carolina module?
