Efile Massachusetts Excise tax 2024

I efiled my federal business tax return with no problem but the state tax return Massachusetts I keep getting Failed Validation Error Code 54. Not sure where the problem is could you advise. The form is a 355S the due date is March 17.

Can some one help me please? my Massachusetts return did not give the option to efile. i tried to go back and start again, still no option to efile. any suggestions?
