I am attending two schools, a university and a junior college, I use a BOG waiver at the JC, and I don't get a 1098-T, but do I still put it down in my taxes?

There is no need to report the junior college since there is no "expense over scholarship" amount to claim, nor any taxable scholarship income to report for that school.
