The filer's Federal Id on my 1098-T is 000000000, but Turbo tax will not accept that number

If you are getting an error when entering it, leave it blank to proceed. Or you may want to contact your school that issued that form 1098-T and check with them to see if they will provide you the 9-digit number which would be in this format xx-xxxxxxx. Their phone number should be listed on the form. But you should be able to leave blank and proceed if the 0's are not allowing you to go forward.
