State of Michigan is asking for the amount more than $0 that I contributed to Education Trust which I didn’t contribute to and can’t move past?

Michigan Education Trust contribution was $0 , so why must I enter a value of more than $0?

Yes, you can clear this message by making sure nothing is entered, not even 0, and leaving the fields blank.

This is how to return to this section:

1. Open you return and select State on the left side.
2. Open your Michigan return and click through the first few screens. 
3. On the screen, Here's the income Michigan handles differently, select Start or Edit to the right of Michigan Education Trust Plans. 
4. Clear each field but clicking in it and hitting backspace. Leaved these fields blank and click Continue.
