Your question is cut off but it appears you are asking - how will you know if the Tuition and Fees Deduction gets extended.

I suspect TurboTax will send out a general email if tax extenders are passed to all users.  But, you can also monitor the IRS Newsroom for the most recent updates to tax laws.
