Turbotax won't let me enter my 1098-t for my daughter (dependent)

I had this problem last year.   There is a glitch in the software.   You have to call them and they can help you get it in.  Good luck!

If TurboTax thinks form 1098-T has already been entered and is showing $0, revisit the education section and try to edit form 1098T.

• Login to your return.
• Select Federal from the left menu.
• Go to Deductions and Credits.
• Scroll down to Education.
• Select Expenses and Scholarships (form 1098-T)
• Click Edit next to the student name.
• On the screen titled “Here’s your Education Summary”, click Edit beside Tuition.
• Enter the information from your Form 1098-T.

I'm not showing a "Tax tools," or "delete form" on my menu.

@maria2221  Did you say NO to 1098-T because you did not receive one?

If you indicate 'you qualify for an exception' on the next screen, just enter the school name, address, etc. even though the screen says 'type in the info from 1098-T'.
