Form 8863 part III and 1098-T incorrect box checked.

I filled out the proper values into the Education section for a 1098-T and I indeed have a 1098-T showing tuition expenses in box 1, scholarship in box 5, and box 8 is checked indicated at least half time student.  When I save a printed copy of the forms, I noticed that Form 8863 section III (page 2) did not have the Yes checked for the question 22.a.(2) Did the student receive Form 1098-T from this institution for 2021. It should be Yes but No is checked. Question 22.a.(3) is wrong too.  I am able to force it Yes in the Form View, but there is ambiguity where you make the change; on top of that, an ordinary TurboTax user is going to assume the Step by Step gets it right and not be scrupulous to view the section III of the printed 8863 form.

That would only be asked/reported if the student needs to go back a year. For example a scholarship posted in 2021 but was for expenses incurred and posted in 2020 on the 2020 1098-T.
