On the student information worksheet part II, what is the difference between Q3 vs. Q4? it is for a college student part of undergrad degree program.

If you were enrolled in an undergrad program ("a program that leads to a degree, certificate, or credential") and taking courses as part of a "postsecondary degree program...", then your answer should be "Yes" to both questions 3 & 4.

Isn't undergrad program (or a program that leads to a degree) same as post secondary degree program?

It would seem so, however, the program requires that you answer both questions in the affirmative to properly calculate your education credit.

I see - I'm actually seeing less credits if I check Yes for Q3 (program leading to a degree) vs. No or N/A; how can that be possible?  I would think working towards a degree should give more credit.

The calculation of the credit also depends on your answers to the other questions.  You need to answer all of them accurately as they pertain to your particular situation.
