On the 1098 form (NOT the 1098T) - What do I put if Box 7 is NOT checked on my form, but the address is listed in Box 8? Do I say Yes or No on TurboTax?

The form says that "box 7 is checked OR the address or description is entered in Box 8"  TurboTax does not ask about Box 8.

You should answer Yes to the question, it your address and the address in the box 8 are the same.
