Form 1098-T from 2015, but don't know the numbers?

I am being asked if I received one from my school in 2015. I did, but I do not remember what the amount on it was. How do I fill this part out?

Most college students have an account they can log into to get their 1098T.

Try logging into to your college account, search 1098T. Check to see if the tax form is archived for 2015.

I checked my daughter's college account and found the old 1098T for 2015. Of course each college may have different policies.

Contact the campus student financial administrator by phone. Perhaps they can guide you.
