It isn't an issue unless you claim that there was scholarships posted on the 2020 1098-T which were for a different year.
If Box 1 on the 2019 1098-T reported tuition that was paid by a scholarship that posted on the 2020 1098-T, that would be needed, but the schools have been directed to not report this way so it shouldn't be an issue.
If it is, and you report scholarships or payments made in contrast to what the 1098-T reports, the TurboTax program will then ask you about that.
