Is form 8863 approved yet? Today is 2/21/2020 and my TT is up to date

My TurboTax is up to date but still shows Form 8863 has not been approved for release at this time.

Is it released? What could be wrong? I'm going to Online check for updates and it says I am up to date.

Also 1098-T Box 1 ... TT says 'You can't file just yet due to a recent law passed by Congress' at bottom of screen.

Because residual information may reside in the form you need to:

Try clearing you Cache & Cookies on your computer (hold down the keys CONTROL, SHIFT, and DELETE at the same time.)

If that does not clear the message, you will need to delete the Form 8863 and the Form 1098-T from your computer and then restart the computer and re-enter the forms.

To delete a return off of your return you need to:

1. Select Tax Forms in the Black bar on the left side of the screen.
2. Select Tools from the drop down menu.
3. On the Tools Center Select Delete a form.
4. Locate the form on the list and select Delete.
5. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.

i had the same problem.Also i did manual update and didnt work.The manual update says i have no turbo tax instaled.So i bouth new turbo tax premier and it works.So from now on i will never buy  cheap downloads
