When I complete the tuition section, tuition shows up: 0, but I paid $21,670 in 2017. School included it on the 2016 1098, but I paid in 2017. Why & how can I fix?

  In the 1098-T screen, click on the link "What if this is not what I paid the school" under box 2. You will then be able to enter your actual amounts. This is the amount that TT will used to calculate your credit or deduction.
