The refunds will not be the same on the nonresident returns you will need to file. The Sprintax form (1040-NR) will provide the addresses you need. You will need to mail them, yes. @Ro712

So I should file the tax again freshly in sprintax irrespective of whatever I filed in TurboTax. Is it right? @DawnC

Yes, you will create a completely new form 1040NR and use it to replace the form you already filed. Which is why you write Amended across the top and attach it to the 1040x. Be sure the 1040x is on top when you mail it. For mailing, see International - Where to File Form 1040-X Addresses for Taxpayers

Should I select the checkbox?

I am however filing for 1040 NR and no data corrections. Is it still considered as correction?

Yes, that is correct. You are filing an amendment to file a 1040 NR instead of a 1040 resident return.
