Help please! I dropped all of my classes and paid in full and even received a t1098. Will it still show that I was enrolled half time even though I dropped all of the classes and paid for all of them, NEVER got a refund!!

Even if box 8 of your 1098-T does not indicate that you were half time, you will be give a chance, in the TurboTax interview, to override it and claim the tuition credit based on your actual half time status. Even though you dropped the classes, you are eligible for the credit if you paid the tuition and were enrolled half time, or more, no matter how briefly.
Box 8 of your 1098-T will tell you.

I just received my 1098 and box number 8 is not checked off, but I was a half-time student. What should I do that way I can qualify for a good tax return?
When TT sees that box 8 is not checked, it will ask you, again, if you were half time or more. Answer Yes.
Or better yet, just check box 8 when you enter the 1098-T. Lying to TurboTax to get it to do what you want does not constitute lying to the IRS. The 1098-T, you enter, is not sent to the IRS.
The 1098-T is only an informational document. The stuff on it is not required to be entered onto your tax return. However receipt of a 1098-T frequently means you are either eligible for a tuition credit or possibly your student has taxable scholarship income.
If you claim the tuition credit, you do need to report that you got one.
You claim the tuition credit, or report scholarship income, based on your own financial records, not the 1098-T.
